Yes. BioBreath is a direct 1:1 replacement for the single-use plastic straws used in Alcolizer HH3, HH4, and LE5 devices. No device modification is required.

What is the straw made from? +

100% PBS (polybutylene succinate) a certified compostable biopolymer. It contains no PLA, no plastic blend, and no synthetic additives. Material certification is held to DIN CERTCO Registration No. 7W0664, valid until May 2030.

Can organisations just recycle the plastic straws instead? +

It has been tried. WA Police ran a program in 2017 that removed almost one million straws from landfill and won a state government award for it. It required an external recycling partner, a dedicated collection and logistics chain, and ongoing program management. BioBreath removes the problem at source.
